Payment Policy – Artmiss
At Artmiss, your security, trust, and convenience are our top priorities. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping and payment experience while ensuring compliance with all Saudi regulations, including ZATCA VAT requirements and SFDA product standards.
Accepted Payment Methods
We offer a wide range of payment options to suit your preference:
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Mada (local Saudi debit).
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and STC Pay for fast and secure checkout.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): Tamara and Tabby allow flexible installment payments, subject to their terms and approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select areas. An additional service fee may apply. COD is subject to order value limits and courier availability.
Currency & Pricing
All transactions are processed in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
Prices are inclusive of 15% VAT, in line with ZATCA requirements.
Promotional discounts, coupons, or loyalty points (if applicable) will be applied before final checkout.
Payment Security & Data Protection
Payments are processed via encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant gateways to ensure maximum protection.
We never store your card details on our servers.
Artmiss complies with Saudi e-commerce law and global data protection standards.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
For COD, orders may require additional phone/SMS verification to prevent fraudulent activity.
If an order cannot be verified, Artmiss reserves the right to cancel it.
Refunds & Reversals
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Refund timeline: 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
For COD refunds, a bank transfer (IBAN required) will be arranged.
Refunds will cover product value plus applicable VAT; shipping charges may be excluded unless due to Artmiss error.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
Customers may retry or use an alternative method.
Repeated failed transactions may result in temporary account restrictions for security reasons.
Fraud Prevention & Security Checks
Orders suspected of fraud, misuse of coupons, or unusual activity may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.
Customers may be contacted for identity or address verification before shipment.
Artmiss reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent activity is detected.
Customer Rights & Responsibilities
Customers have the right to request proof of transaction (invoice, VAT breakdown).
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their billing details are accurate and up to date.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and authorizes Artmiss (and its authorized payment providers) to process the payment.
