Returns & Exchanges Procedure:

  1. Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp.
  2. Specify the order or products you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Provide the reason for returning or exchanging each item and share the required details.
  4. After submitting the information, a return voucher will be sent to you via WhatsApp within 48 hours.
  5. Upon receiving the voucher, deliver the items to the shipping company.
  6. Once the items are received by the shipping company:
  • Exchange: The replacement product will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days.
  • Return: The refund will be processed to your account within 7 to 14 business days.
