Returns & Exchanges Procedure:
- Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp.
- Specify the order or products you wish to return or exchange.
- Provide the reason for returning or exchanging each item and share the required details.
- After submitting the information, a return voucher will be sent to you via WhatsApp within 48 hours.
- Upon receiving the voucher, deliver the items to the shipping company.
- Once the items are received by the shipping company:
- Exchange: The replacement product will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days.
- Return: The refund will be processed to your account within 7 to 14 business days.

Complaint Handling Procedure:
- Submit your complaint via WhatsApp or email.
- The store team will review the complaint within 24 hours.
- Appropriate action will be taken based on the type of complaint and resolved within 48 hours.
- The customer will be informed of the action taken, and the complaint will be closed after full resolution.
