Service Coverage
- Service is available across all cities and regions of Saudi Arabia.
- Purchases from outside the Kingdom are allowed, provided the delivery address is within Saudi Arabia only.
Shipping Fees
SAR 30, inclusive of VAT, covering:
- Shipping of products available on the website.
- Delivery of the order to the customer.
- Product returns (except items excluded in the return policy).
- Additional fees may apply in special cases (such as express delivery or reshipping due to an incorrect address).
Estimated Delivery Time
- Shipping is carried out via authorized companies (e.g., Aramex and others).
- Standard delivery time: 1 to 7 business days from the date of order creation, depending on the city, accuracy of the address, and responsiveness of the recipient.
- Delivery may be delayed if the recipient does not respond to calls from the courier company or delivery agent.
Express Delivery (Riyadh)
- Available on a limited basis within Riyadh City and may require additional fees.
- Availability depends on the order time, product availability, and delivery location within the city.
Order Processing & Shipment Tracking
- Orders are processed within one business day at most (excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a message with the tracking number once your order is handed over to the courier.
- Items may be shipped in multiple parcels at no extra cost to you.
Delivery Attempts & Addresses
- The courier company will make several delivery attempts and contact you via phone or SMS.
- If the address is incorrect or inaccessible, the shipment may be returned and reshipping fees added.
- Please ensure your address and mobile number are entered accurately to avoid delays.
Shipping & Returns
- Returns are available in accordance with the website’s Return Policy (with specific exceptions for sealed/used beauty products).
- Customers bear any additional fees as per the policy if the product is ineligible for return.
Damaged or Missing Products
- If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the product, shipping label, and box so we can take appropriate action.
